Media Management Services

At KC Business Solutions, I offer flexible and effective media support tailored for small businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations. Every service is designed to help you stay visible, relevant, and engaged—without adding to your plate.

Base Package – $250/month Perfect for maintaining a consistent, online presence.

• Up to 10 custom posts per month
• 4 story designs, each shared up to 3 times
  ($2 each for additional shares – great for reminders or promotions)
• 1 short-form reel designed to reach new audiences
• Original content creation and graphic design
• Initial posting to up to 2 platforms (e.g., Facebook and Instagram)
• Client handles additional distribution and comment replies unless add-ons are selected

Additional Services (Base package is not required if you create and post the initial content independently) 

• Group Distribution – $150/month
  I’ll share each post to up to 4 relevant groups with custom, engaging captions. Clients can request specific groups.
• Internal Engagement – $100/month
  Includes likes, reactions, and a friendly first comment on your posts. I’ll also respond to basic comments  and direct more detailed questions to your preferred contact method.
• External Engagement – $100–125/month
  I’ll interact with local followers, partner pages, and relevant community content to boost your visibility and algorithm reach.
• Analytics Report – $75/month
  Monthly insights into post performance, reach, engagement, and trends to help guide future strategy.
• On-Site Media Capture – $25/hour
  I’ll visit your location or event to take quality photo and video content for future posts.
• Bilingual Content – $15 per post
  Translations (Spanish by default) will be added below or the English version in your post, with a Spanish-language note at the top directing readers to scroll. This is also available in the reverse! 
  Need fully duplicated content in another language with custom graphics and formatting? That will be billed as a separate Base Package. Minor errors could arise in translations unintentionally and will be fixed at no additional fee.
