Agent Services 

Seller Agency File – $200
For agents representing the seller prior to mutual acceptance.

• Open pre-escrow at your favorite title company

• Listing price strategy reminders (Ex. price drop planned for 60 days after listing goes live)

Buyer Agency File – $150
For agents representing the buyer prior to mutual acceptance.​

• Pre-coordinate with lender if applicable

Transaction File (Buying or Selling)  – $450
For mutual acceptance through closing

• Full timeline management and deadline tracking with reminders.
• Communication with title, lender, co-agent

• Final document delivery called "Final Transaction Packet"​

MLS Services
MLS Access Notice:
Agents must provide subscriber access linked to my credentials. I will not log in using your MLS account. A recurring subscriber fee may be required by your local MLS—I'll assist with setup, but the agent or brokerage is responsible for that fee.
MLS initial data entry - $150 

• Agent or seller must provide  Data Entry Sheet

MLS Photo Upload- $50

• Upload, organize and label photos to MLS or 3rd party site 

MLS data changes- $5 per change

• Any data or status change 

Add-on Services
Document preparation - $10 to $50 / document

• Write up addenda or other documents per agent instructions. Priced on complexity.  

Referral coordination and tracking - $50

• Expiration reminder

• Communicate or request relevant updates with referral agent 

Listing Media Package - $200
